Even standard specification musiphone® NEXT LEVEL appliances are suitable for playing announcement elements and music into ACD systems. In each of four operating modes (day, night, break and holiday), each port can be freely assigned an announcement or piece of music. Using inexpensive, standard storage media, the memory can be extended to a capacity of many hours.
Switching noise when transferring from one announcement port to the next within an ACD system is effectively suppressed by the noiseless transfer technology, protected by registered design, used by all NEXT LEVEL systems. Multiple ports with partial announcements can therefore be linked together to create a complete message for callers without them hearing any irritating noises in between – a big plus in comparison with other well-known systems on the market.
The ability to dial up a speech-prompted touchtone (DTMF) menu via one of the musiphone®’s ports enables a client calling in from any telephone to change announcements, to record new ones down the line and, for example, to switch operating modes.
Using the standard specification integrated LAN interface, the musiphone® NEXT LEVEL ADVANCED can be remotely configured via a network, with both configuration and audio data able to be transferred in this way.
Additional tip:

When configuring multiple musiphone® NEXT LEVEL ADVANCED appliances over a LAN, you are able to use musiphone® PC software’s multi-IP function to good effect. If you wish, you can have changes to the same memory locations on multiple units all simply done at one go, by having the software process the change automatically for a whole list of IP addresses.
