Important note:

This software download offer from BEYERTONE is exclusively to be used with the beyertone^® multiLAN product. Please check necessarily the hardware (HW) and firmware (FW) version of your multiLAN unit to select the appropriate update files below. You can read the versions from the browser configuration screen "System/Info" under "Version".Please always update firmware and web configuration.

Update via webbrowser configuration:

Download relevant update files for firmware and web interface in the desired language and transfer them as update into the device using the webbrowser configuration. Zip-files have to be unpacked first after download. After that, transfer all files included in the zip-archive separately as update into the device. Please note: after an update of the web configuration the language selection integrated in the multiLAN should not be used any longer. If needed, do an update in the desired language instead.

Update via download:

Alternatively, you can copy the specified addresses as download URL into the device and start a download. The device will automatically download all updates available as per list above.
For a pure firmware download, the multiLAN additionally provides an separate integrated feature, which can be activated via the web configuration.

Update via card image:

A complete update of the beyertone^® multiLAN can also be done via the internal memory card (µSD card). ATTENTION: In this process all audio data and settings of the device - except passwords, PIN codes and licences - will be reset to factory default! BEYERTONE GmbH assumes no liability for any loss of data and settings.
This process may only be operated by authorized personnel: Disconnect all cabels from the device, open the housing and remove the memory card. Delete or format (necessarily FAT16) the memory card with a suitable card reader and copy the downloaded and unpacked card image including the given folder structure to the card. Re-install the card, close the housing and restore power supply. The first system start up may now take some minutes must not be interrupted under any circumstances. Only when the yellow LED of the "MOH" port flashes again, the update process has finished and the unit can be reprogrammed and used.
