With the musiw@b system you can centrally control, which announcements and music are to be played in the PABXs' on-hold loops at remote locations. This means, it is no longer necessary to change any cartridges of files by local operations. An automatic update can for example be done daily, weekly, monthly, or in short intervals (depending on your company's requirements). Updates are simply placed as audio-files upon your server or the server at your service provider.

The musiw@b based concept of “Corporate Sound Distribution” enables companies to update jingles, greeting messages, company & product information in the on-hold loop within very short time. musiw@b automatically updates the content as per the company's requirements.
